To compliment our artisan Blue Caffe, we always search for only the best coffee machines to make our Italian coffee.  The Blue Touch capsule coffee machine is no exception.  Fully designed and manufactured in Italy, this is an incredible capsule machine. 

We have chosen this amazing machines for two reasons, firstly for the stunning way this machines makes our coffee.  19 Bar pump pressure and an ingenious boiler for the perfect coffee temperature and extraction. The special capsules we use for our coffee are aluminium free, this is very important to eliminate possible problems with aluminium leeching into you coffee.  

The capsule is constructed to withstand the 19 bar pump pressure to perfectly extract the full flavour and aroma of our coffee.

Most other capsule designs cannot handle this pressure and therefore cannot extract all the coffee taste.

Secondly our Blue Touch has the most incredible steam generator.  Switch the steam on, and in no time a very strong jet of dry steam perfect for frothing the milk for coffee after coffee. ( If the steam is wet it adds water to your milk, spoiling the milk )

Fully automatic level dosing for a regular or a short coffee.

Another unique feature of  our Blue Touch capsule machine is that you have a separate touch switch for hot water.  Simply add to the espresso shot for the perfect americano.

Touch sensitive contols, built in water filter in the water reservoir. Safety system if there is no water in the tank, alerting you and switching the boiler off to protect the machine.

Energy saving power-down feature that puts the coffee machine into standby.
